The new bottles are constructed of a single wall of 18/8 Marine grade stainless steel with a BPA-free plastic screw top lid. I was impressed with the sturdy construction and easy to handle, cool sleek design. I appreciate that this product is made from BPA-free safe materials and is recyclable. Shortly after receiving it, I washed it and added my ice cubes and water. You can use the slender ice sticks too. I recommend carrying it by the loop top, especially for younger children because it gets cold quickly.
