Thanks to Scholastic, Inc. I had the opportunity to review this heartwarming true story called: Winter's Tail: How One Little Dolphin Learned to Swim Again. This book is about a remarkable and inspirational Atlantic bottlenose dolphin named Winter. I enjoyed reading this book and watching the video. If you visit the Scholastic, Inc. website you can learn even more about Winter's Tail and dolphins. It is a wonderful page to visit with the children.

  34. From the Virtual Field trip, I learned how truly precarious Winter's situation was upon being found. Most of the staff felt she wouldn't live through the rescue and yet she went on to give hope to millions. Her poor tail! So sad! But it looks like a happy outcome still despite the odds. Thanks for hosting such a great book and contest!
