Tot Yoga is a fun and engaging way for parents to utilize playtime with practical exercises including a wind down time to encourage napping your youngster. This 40-minute DVD is geared towards children ages 10 months to 3-years-old. Enjoy simple exercises like transforming into a tree, the sun, a monkey, a rabbit and many other fun things. After exercising with your child, put them down for a nap and continue with Tot Yoga for the parent section which has more challenging poses, strengthening exercises and stretches to help alleviate stress.
Tot Yoga has five chapters: Introduction, Follow Your Tot(Toddler Teach), Parent Led Yoga(Parent Teach), Your Yoga(Parent) and Cool Down.
